The district administration along with ISMI organized a musical evening at Silver Arc Mall and appealed to voters, especially youth, to cast their vote. Deputy Commissioner Rajat Aggarwal, who is also the District Election Officer, urged voters to exercise their right to franchise on April 30. On this occasion Ishmeet Singh Music Institute launched a “Jingle” related to elections. Youngsters took pledge to cast vote.

A singing and dancing talent hunt Jashan-e-Youth Grand Finale held at Ishmeet Singh Music Institute. The show started with the mesmerizing performances by Gurleen Kaur who performed live as inspirational singer during all the auditions of Jashan-e-Youth. Mr Y.P.S, C.M.D. Vikas Housing and MrsMridhulaBhalla, Director F₂ Raceway Club gave ‘Award of Honour’ to GurleenKaur. Mr Kuljeet Paul Singh Mahi, SDM (west) Ludhiana; S. Gurwinder Paul Singh and Jatinder Pal Singh Saluja presided over the function as Guests of Honour. Chief Guest, S. Harcharan Singh Golwaria, Mayor Ludhiana graced the occasion with his words of wisdom and blessed the finalist of the competition.

All the selected students of schools and colleges came to compete for the second round of Jashsn-e-Youth at Ishmeet Singh Music Institute. At the conclusion of the second round top ten singing and dancing finalist were announced.

Songs like ‘Jiya, Jiya Re, Jiya re’, ‘Neele Neele Ambhar Par’, ‘Ab Muje Raat Din’, ‘Sawaar Loon’ were sung by Rujuta, satwinder Singh, Shivam Sharma. ‘Odhni Odh Ke Naachoon’ a group performance by Rujuta, Gurkirat and Mamta. In the end we had a mesmerizing performance by Gurleen Kaur. Shri Rahul Tiwari, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana; Shri. Kuljitpaul Singh Mahi, SDM(West) were amongst the other dignitaries that presided over the function.

A melodious summer camp was initiated at ISMI with best of initiatives and enthusiasm. The young learners were enthralled to join the camp and the spark of joy and ecstasy was clearly visible in there twinkling eyes. Summer camp was organized in three shifts of ten days each i.e. June 1^st to June 10^th, June 11^th to June 20^th and June 21^{st Â} to June 30^th. It proved to be a great success as all the students who joined the camp enjoyed it with great zest and zeal. The summer camp offered courses in Bollywood songs, shabad /Bhajan gayan Instant Mixing Effects, acoustic & Electric Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, Octopad etc.

Dr. Charan Kamal Singh, Director ISMI gave the welcome speech.The show started with mesmerizing performance of Gurleen Kaur on song ‘Tumhe He Ho’ and ‘Baarish’. Songs like ‘Jab Se Tere Naina’, ‘Neele Neele Ambhar Par’, ‘Ab Muje Raat Din’,‘Ab Mje Raat Din’ and ‘Parda Parda’ were sung by Akhilesh, Satwinder Singh, Shivam Rujuta. ‘Swar Loon’ a group performance by bollywood junior group.

“Jee Aayean Nu” a musical evening especially arranged to welcome Sh. Rajat Aggarwal, Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana. Sh. Kuljeetpaul Singh Mahi, SDM (West) graced the occasion by his presence as guest of honour. Melodious songs ‘Jo Mangi Thi Dua’ and ‘Tumhi Ho’ by Gurleen Kaur were mesmerizing. Songs like ‘Mahin ve’, ‘Tum Ho’, and ‘chali Re’ sung by Gurkirat, Amit and Rujuta respectively were realy appericiated by the audience. A group performance ‘Sawar Loon’ by junior bollywood girls and ‘Dilbar Mere’ a group performance by boys grabbed a great round of applause.

A gala musical show “Yeh Shaam Ishmeet Ke Naam” was celebrated by Ishmeet Singh Music Institute on the occasion of the Ishmeet Singh. Jathedar Hira gabria, Chief Guest of the function blessed the organizers for the professional grooming of the talented students of the region. Prf. Sukhwant Singh, Guest of Honor of the evening congratulated the organizers for presenting the mesmerizing performances. S. Ranjodh Singh, Guest of Honor, of the show asked the talented youth to make the most of the modern facilities at the institute including the recording studio and riyaaz cabins and air conditioned class rooms. Rahul Tiwari, deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana presided over the function.

A Musical Extravaganza “Aao Jhomain Gayen” was celebrated at Ishmeet singh music Institute on 21/07/2013. The melodious voices of Amit, Gurleen, Varun, tanvi, Harjot, Hinanaaz, Anna Kler and all the other singers who participated in the group events left the audience spell bound. Feet tapping numbers like ‘Subhan Allah’, ‘Piyu Bole’, ‘Crazy Kiya Re’, ‘Neende Aankhon Ae Udi’ and title track of ‘Taal’ gave a wonderful musical rhythm to the ears of the audience.
